parlia.es provides access to a wealth of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, "the content") on the Internet belonging to Parlia or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal.

Parlia complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 approving its implementing regulation, and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures proper use and handling of users' personal data. To that end, alongside each form that collects personal data, in the services the user may request from info@parlia.es, the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific terms for processing their data in each case, including the party responsible for the file created, the address of the controller, the possibility of exercising access, rectification, cancellation, or objection rights, the purpose of processing, and any data transfers to third parties, where applicable.

Parlia, either on its own behalf or as an assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as to the elements it contains (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Parlia or by its licensors.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between Parlia and the USER will be governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Mahón.
